Sunday School Registration – Fall 2025
Registration is now open for the Fall 2025 session at Madina Institute. We welcome boys and girls ages 4–18 to join our Sunday School program. Our curriculum includes Qur’an memorization and recitation, Tajweed (correct pronunciation), Islamic Studies, Tafseer (understanding the Qur’an), and Seerah (life of the Prophet ﷺ), all offered at different levels.
Open House & Registration Day: Sunday, August 17, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Parents are invited to meet the staff and learn more about the curriculum.
Classes Begin: Sunday, August 24, 2025 | 10:30 AM – 1:50 PM.
Tuition Fee: $250 for the first child and $200 for each additional sibling.
The fee includes lunch, books, and all essential supplies.
Late Fee: A $50 late fee will apply for payments made after August 31, 2025.

We prefer cash, check, or Venmo (no transaction charges with these methods).

Now Hiring: Islamic Studies & Quranic Studies Teachers for Sunday School
We are currently accepting applications for teaching positions in Islamic Studies and Quranic Studies at our Sunday School.
📌Application Deadline: August 8th
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Proficiency in basic Islamic and Quranic knowledge.
* A high school diploma or above, with a minimum of one year of teaching experience preferred.
* Ability to recite the Quran with proper tajweed (for Quran teachers).
* Commitment to the entire semester (13 weeks).

Journey Through the Quran – Brothers’ Weekly Quran Reading Circle
Join us every Sunday between Maghrib and Isha starting August 2nd, 2025 at Madina Institute for a spiritual and educational journey through the Quran.
Instructor: Hafiz Mohamed Abozaid – A graduate of Al-Azhar University, Hafiz of all 10 Qirā’āt, holder of multiple Ijāzāt in various Riwayāt, and currently completing his medical residency.
Course Highlights:
* Fluent Quran Recitation – Build fluency and confidence through guided group reading
* Tajweed Mastery – Learn essential rules with real-time correction and practice
* Error Correction & Personalized Feedback – Refine your recitation and avoid common mistakes
* Introduction to the Qirā’āt – Experience the richness of Quranic recitation styles
* Spiritual Reflection & Etiquette of Recitation – Connect deeply with the words of Allah
* Brotherhood & Accountability – Stay consistent with the support of fellow brothers
Special Opportunity:
Students who demonstrate proficiency will have the chance to pursue an Ijāzah in Riwayah Ḥafṣ ʿan ʿĀṣim under qualified supervision.

Soccer League Highlights
The Soccer League for both adults and youth took place last week.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the games and had a great time participating.

A special picnic was organized for our new Muslim brothers and sisters.
They enjoyed a pleasant walk and a delightful picnic at Two Rivers Park.

Nightly Halaqa
Join us Monday to Thursday after Isha for our Halaqa, where we will read Hadith from Al-Lubab fi Huquqi wal Aadab by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
