The holiday season is a perfect time for relaxation, reflection, and connection.

1. Remember Allah (SWT) – Engage in fasting on Mondays and Thursdays, following the Prophet's ﷺ example, for spiritual growth and self-discipline.

2. Volunteer – Encourage your family to help at the masjid or in the community, earning rewards while spreading kindness.

3. Be Grateful – Cherish quality time with loved ones, engaging in meaningful discussions or creative projects together.

4. Give Back – Volunteer or donate to charities, helping those in need and strengthening community bonds.

5. Attend Islamic Events – Join Islamic events and lectures to learn, connect, and celebrate the season with fellow Muslims.

6. Plan a Family Day Out – Spend quality time outdoors, visiting parks or recreational centers, creating lasting memories with your family.

Isra wal-Meraj Youth Performances – Registration Open

On the blessed occasion of Isra wal-Meraj, we are pleased to invite you to register your children for our youth performances, featuring Nasheeds and presentations. We look forward to celebrating this special event together as a community.

Important Information:
* Registered children are required to attend 4–5 practice sessions at Madina prior to the event.
* Please ensure your child is able to attend all practices and the event.

Men in the Making (Building Faith, Character, and Courage)

Men in the Making is a character and leadership program designed for young Muslim boys. The program nurtures a strong Muslim identity, moral character, and leadership skills through spiritual guidance, brotherhood, and practical life lessons inspired by the life and teachings of the Prophet ﷺ.
Program Schedule:
- Starting January 9, 2025
* Day: Every other Friday
* Time: 6:00 – 8:30 PM
* Duration: 10 sessions (January–May)
Eligibility: 5th-8th Grade Boys
Semester Fee: $100 (Payment Method: Cash or Check)
Program Led by:
* Nuh Jakoet – Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Islamic studies
* Ismail Jakoet – UALR college student with a strong Muslim identity and Islamic studies background
Both mentors were raised in the U.S. and understand the challenges facing young Muslim boys, connecting with them through relatable and sincere mentorship.

Join us for our Daily Khatira — a few moments of reflection and connection with the Book of Allah.
Each evening, we will explore a different verse of the Qur’an, uncovering its timeless wisdom and spiritual insights.
Together, let us strive not only to understand the meanings of the Qur’an but also to feel its message in our hearts and live it in our lives.
Focus: Deep reflections on selected Qur’anic verses
Goal: To connect our hearts to the Qur’an and internalize its spirit

Each Friday, we welcome 150-200 people for prayer at Madina, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. This provides a valuable opportunity for you to sponsor the Friday lunch and make a meaningful contribution to our congregation.
